Discussion of Campbell’s R&D Projects
We will be greeted by the Campbell research and development team, which will include Julie Simonson PhD, Vice President of Research & Development for North American Soup, Sauce and Beverages, who will discuss Campbell’s R&D present and future projects.

Tour Campbell’s Plant
Following the discussion on R&D, we will tour of the Campbell Soup pilot plant and the Campbell’s R&D facility.  There will also be a demonstration on their latest Emulsion Technology featuring Thomas Griffiths, CMC Director, Campbell’s Culinary Institute.

Campbell’s Reception
Finally, there will be a reception with ongoing demonstrations by Campbell’s chef’s showing Campbell’s family of products from Pepperidge Farm, Swanson and Pace.
