You're invited to a food and wine pairing in conjunction with SCIFTS - Southern California Institute of Food Technologists.
 
The event will feature Joe Poshek, Dean of Visual and Performing Arts at Orange Coast College, a career musician, visual artist and college professor. He progressed to achieving the WSET Diploma in wine and spirits from the Wine & Spirit Educational Trust of London. The event will include a wide variety of appetizers for you to sample.
