Folks in the Southeast gathered at Cryovac- Sealed Air Headquarters in Atlanta last October to watch Top Chef contestant Richard Blais demonstrate his creative style of sous vide cooking techniques for an interactive foodservice application packaging demonstration, followed by a PackForum educational session.
